Last but not least, we're really proud to introduce the all-new Unity. We have replaced the older 8 and 9mm versions with a new slimmed down cord. This rope is certified as both a half and twin rope. The new Unity line is small and light but MAXIM durable and are all 2x Dry with a regular pattern that can't be beat for ice and alpine climbing. The new Unity is available in two new colors - Emerald and Sapphire.
MAXIM Unity is certified as both a twin and a half rope. It is a multi-purpose rope that is perfect for the weight-conscious alpinist or climber. Unity is constructed to reduce drag and increase fall protection over sharp edges. Therefore it is perfectly suited as an alpine climbing rope or ice climbing rope. For ice climbing MAXIM recommends 2x-DRY treated models.
