A pair of 1” nylon web rappelling straps may be added to an existing harness for self-rescue/rescue. These rappelling straps will take the place of the non-existing sternal web loop.
Features:
- These retrofit rappelling straps feature a double-layered stitched eye on one end and a web loop on the other. The web loop allows the rappelling strap to be girth hitched to the harness to retrofit it.
- Rappelling loop style ‘A1’ retro is to be used for self-rescue only. Rappelling loop style ‘A1’ retro is not to be used for hurt-man rescue.
- This product is designed to be used by a person with a maximum weight of 420 lbs. when fully equipped.
