Quality of product is amazing. Quality of embroidery is awesome as well. I had a question about my shipping and immediately got a phone call from the owner explaining that the embroidery machine was down and that they would I get it to be by Valentine’s Day for my husband there customer service is amazing definitely the best customer service l've gotten in a very long time. Highly recommend supporting this company.

Ordered a pair of Hoffman boots and couldn't find any tracking info in my email, made contact with Andrew (owner) who answered and asked if he could look into it and asked if he could call me back in a few minutes instead of making me wait on hold, that was pleasant enough. He called back and apologized that the system seemed to flag my order as potentially fraud, probably due to being shipped to my work location and not home location associated with my credit card. He explained what was going on and said the boots were gonna be sent out by the end of the day. I received my tracking info shortly after. Apple with Andrew for a few mins discussing work and again apologized for the mix up. As an owner and fellow lineman Andrew went above and beyond to make me square. I highly recommend lineroots, great selection of items and super customer service.
