Designed for rescue dogs and useful for all dogs that work in the water or on a boat. Very quick to wear thanks to the long velcro that optimize the fit. Adjustable from the front under the dog's neck. Safety straps with aluminum closures that allow use with a winch. 6 handles for handling the dog in the water and on-board boats. Velcro for strobe light.
