The GR43BS2 Rotating Ground Adapter mounts to the reel mandrel and provides system protection while the conductor is being pulled from the reel during stringing operations. Utilizing ball-stud connectors, this adapter adds conductor grounding but does not replace safe grounding practices. use of the GR43BS2 serves as an intended path to the ground for static discharge and accidental energizing from downed lines, equipment contact, adjacent conductors, and lightning.
