The Chance Rotary Blade Tie Stick Head is for manipulating tie wires with or without looped ends. The heat-treated aluminum alloy body design permits a swivel action. The wire is wrapped or unwrapped without turning the universal pole. A V-notched carbon steel blade grasps tie wire securely.
